This book is about a human named Zoey Redbird who becomes a vampyre and is sent to a vampyre school called the House of Night. Here she meets friends and a wicked priestess named Aphrodite. When she discovers that Aphrodite is misusing her vampyric powers, she must find some way to over throw her from her rank.
I liked this book. I thought it was an interesting look at time, cause/effect, etc.
