I devoured this book! No pun intended : ) This was a rare treat for me as I often struggle with any plot with elements of fantasy, but from the first page, I knew I was hooked. It was also one of those books that made me physically uncomfortable all the way through--just longing for Katniss to get through this experience!! I will certainly recommend this story to many of my students.
Yet another cheesy but entertaining romance from McClure. This one actually strayed a bit away from her norm, but was still completely predictable.
